Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data  reparation and computer software (DPCS) certificate

OR

Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science /Computer application

OR

Senior Secondar with the computer Science/ Computer Application as one of the subjects.

OR

Diploma in computer Science & Engineering

OR

Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University

OR

Any equlivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government.

(iii)Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script
and knowledge of the culture of Rajasthan.
