NIELIT Certificate Course in Computer Concepts by New Delhi |

Or
Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (C.O.Pro.)
/ Data Preparation and Computer Software (D.P.C.S.) certificate organized under the National / State Council of Vocational Training Scheme.

OR
Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science / Computer Application from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government.

OR
Senior Secondary Certificate with Computer Science / Computer Application as one of the subjects from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the country.

Or

Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from a Polytechnic Institute recognized by the Govt. Or

Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Ltd.

(iii) Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of culture of Rajasthan.
