Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana (PMSMY)

Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana, this is one such scheme of the central government. In which 55 to 200 rupees
have to be deposited per month according to the age.

This amount has to be deposited from your age till 60 years of age.

After the age of 60, a pension of Rs 3,000 will continue to be received every month.

The government also deposits as much money as we deposit every month till the age of 60.

In case of death before the age of 60 years, 50 percent of the pension is given to the spouse.

Eligibility

Those people will get the benefit of this scheme who are self-employed, small traders or work in the unorganized sector.

Workers, brick kiln workers, construction people, domestic workers, rickshaw pullers, laborers without farm, etc. can take advantage of this scheme.

People in the age group of 18 to 40 years can join this scheme.

The persons eligible to take advantage of this scheme will be those whose monthly income is Rs 15,000 or less.

Income Tax [Payer, EPFO, NPS and ESIC members cannot take advantage of this scheme.

How to Apply

Enrollment Agencies for PMSMY:

Enrollment work You can register yourself for the scheme by visiting Community
Service Centers (CSCs).

Unorganized workers will go to CSC with Aadhar Card, Savings Bank Account/ Jan Dhan Account and Mobile Phone.
