Digital Life certificate for pensioners.

In this you will know about applying Jeevan Pramaan Patra Online, its
benefits, purpose, eligibility, application fee etc.

There are many such pensioners in the country who get the benefit of pension. Its authority is Pension Disbursing Authorities (PDAs).

Pensioners are required to submit “Life Certificate” for these PDAs in November every year.

This is proof of being alive. If it is not deposited, pension can be stopped.

Life certificate has to be submitted in the bank in which the pension comes.

The start of applying jeevan pramaan certificate online was done on 10th November 2014 by Honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi ji.

The Central Government has released the website of Jeevan
Pramaan.

How to Apply

Jeevan Pramaan Patra is created Online/ Offline.

Online Apply (CSC Login):-http://164.100.251.14/digitalsevaconnect/

After that you enroll yourself by downloading the necessary software or mobile application on your laptop computer.

In this, you have to enter your Aadhaar number, pension payment order, bank name, account number and mobile number.

You have to provide finger prints for Aadhaar authentication!

After authentication, you will get your own life certificate via SMS!

Getting a digital Life certificate is hassle-free and can be obtained
through various Jeevan Pramaan Centres operated by CSCs, Banks, and Government offices, or by using the client application on any PC/mobile/tablet.

Download the PC/ Mobile application or visit the nearest Jeevan Pramaan Centre to register yourself.

Provide necessary information like Aadhaar number, Pension Payment Order, Bank Account, Bank Name and your Mobile number.
