This scheme is Bihar Post Matric Scholarship of Bihar Government, Education Department.

Under this scheme, online application forms are invited for Bihar 10th Pass OBC Students.

Interested candidates who have passed Matric Exam in Bihar in the year 2022-2023 can apply online through its official website.

Eligibility/ Terms & Conditions

In the academic year 2022-23, 10th-pass students will get the benefit of the Bihar Post Matric Scholarship.

Only the students who are residents of Bihar will get the benefit of this scheme.

This scheme is only for SC, ST, and OBC category students.

Both boys and girls will get the benefit of this scheme.

There is no age limit for the students.

Whose financial condition is not good? Those students will be able to take advantage of it.

Only the students pursuing further studies will get the benefit of the Bihar Post Matric Scholarship.

The benefit of this scheme will be given to any candidate only once.

Reasons for rejection of applications on the portal?

Not a resident of Bihar

Not belonging to BC, EBC, SC & ST category as approved by the Govt. of Bihar

If not a genuine student of the applicable Institute. not a registered organization

Incorrect caste certificate, income certificate, and income is not under the specified limit of the scheme

Caste, and income certificate not uploaded

Wrong course and year of study.

If the student has not uploaded all the documents like student photo, bonafide certificate, caste certificate, residence certificate, income certificate.

The student has mentioned mark sheet of any other year degree, examination

Invalid bank account details or not in the name of the student.
